Terms and Conditions

Radiantec Terms and Conditions are as follows. Please contact us with any questions.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE: Radiantec Company reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, even if you have already received confirmation. Any order may be subject to further review in our efforts to minimize fraudulent activity. We may require additional information from you to actually process the order. If we refuse your order, any money paid to Radiantec Company will be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the purchase.

DAMAGED PRODUCT: You have 5 days to inform Radiantec of any damaged product upon receipt of your order. Please call 800-451-7593 and tell us you received a damaged product and would like a replacement. When the damaged product is returned to us, we will send out a new replacement. If you want to get the new item as soon as possible, you can place a new order and we will give you credit for it once the damaged one is returned to us. All returns must be sent back to us by FedEx or UPS.

PRODUCT RETURNS: Radiantec will accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days (excluding electronics) as long as it is unopened and can be resold. A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply and it can be more depending on the condition of the merchandise. The restocking fee can be as high as 50% for items manufactured by Radiantec such as tubing and zone distribution manifolds. All manufactured items have to be cleaned, reboxed in some instances, and always go through an additional 24 hour pressure test.

Radiantec will accept electronics (t-stats and control boxes) for up to 14 days from the time of purchase as long as they are unopened and can be resold. A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply and it can be more depending on the condition of the merchandise.

In order to return merchandise, you must call 800-451-7593 and request an RMA (Retuned Merchandise Authorization). Items sent back without an RMA will be refused.

All returns must include the RMA# in the box and must be sent back via FedEx or UPS.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER: Radiantec will be happy to change your order provided that it hasn’t shipped yet. For this reason, it is very important that you call us as quickly as possible. Once the order leaves, we will not be able to make any changes. If you need to order additional material, we can create a new order for you.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of an order can be accomplished by giving us a call. If the order has not shipped, we will process a credit to your card. If the order has shipped, you will have to call and request an RMA (see above). You will be responsible for shipping the items back. Radiantec will credit your card for the amount of the order minus shipping and processing fees.

RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT: If you feel that the wrong product was sent, please call and speak with one of our technicians within 5 days from the receipt of your order. They will ask you some questions to determine if the product that you received is indeed incorrect. At this time, if necessary, the technician will provide you with an RMA so that you can send the incorrect item back to us. Once we receive it, we will send out the correct one. The returned merchandise must come back in new condition.

If you are in a hurry to get the new item, you can place a new order and when the other item is returned to us, we will credit your card for the full amount including any shipping charges.

REPLACING GOODS UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Radiantec Company will honor the manufacturer’s warranty of the products we sell. If you feel a product that you purchased from us is faulty or malfunctioning, please call and ask to speak with a technician and they will trouble-shoot the item. You will receive an RMA and we’ll ship out the new once once the faulty one is returned if we find that it is indeed faulty. If you need the new item right away, you can place an order and we’ll credit your card once the faulty is returned. Be sure to include the RMA # when you send it back.
